Summary

Becky Lynch continued her issue with Sol Ruca after the May 4 episode of Raw, reacting to their in-ring clash with a mocking post-show promo.

Ruca appeared on Raw to sign her contract with the red brand, but the moment quickly broke down when Lynch interrupted. As Ruca's Raw signing turned chaotic after Becky Lynch's confrontation, Lynch tried to take a cheap shot, accidentally struck Adam Pearce, and then got dropped with a Sol Snatcher.

In a promo posted after Raw, Lynch mocked Ruca by calling her "Sol Puke" and insisted she had only gone out to have a civil conversation with Pearce.

"Did you say her name is Sol Puke? Is that Sol Puke? Well, she makes me want to puke, okay? Attacking me out of nowhere. Doing nothing. Absolutely nothing. I went out there to have a very civil conversation with my good friend, Adam Pearce, who, by the way, I would never harm in any way. Ever. No, I've never said a bad word against Adam Pearce. I respect him immeasurably. I was actually just reaching. I was trying to reach. I'm very strong. Sometimes I don't know my own strength, but I was trying to reach to see that contract. Because sometimes there can be hidden things in the contract. You want to make sure that she's not getting a title shot or something, like somebody snuck that in, a little favor from NXT, and now I'm in hot water with Pearce, which I would never, we've always just had such great relationships, so I'm very upset about it."

What Becky Lynch and Sol Ruca's segment could mean on Raw

Lynch keeping the issue alive after the show points to this not being a one-night interruption. Raw now has a ready-made rivalry between an established top name and a newly arrived Sol Ruca, and Pearce being caught in the middle gives WWE another reason to revisit the fallout on television.

Ruca also left the segment standing after landing the Sol Snatcher, so Lynch's response keeps the spotlight on that embarrassment instead of letting the moment fade after one episode.
