Summary
Charlotte Flair said she immediately offered to help when Bayley first posted about the all-women's Lodestone camp, and she credited Bayley for creating an environment that drew major names to support the event.
Bayley funded the multi-day camp herself at the end of 2025. The participants included Izzy, Gabby Forza, Rachel Armstrong, Dani Mo, Janai Kai, Brooke Havok, Nor Diana, Liviyah, and Nikki Blackheart, while guests included John Cena, Lyra Valkyria, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, and Natalya.
Flair discussed the experience while appearing on No Contest Wrestling, where she described how quickly she wanted to be involved once she saw Bayley's call for applicants.
Quote from Charlotte Flair
"I saw Bayley put up something on Twitter about girls signing up for a camp she was putting on, and I immediately texted and said, 'If you want some help or whatever you need, I'd love to be a part of it.' She ended up reaching out the week the camp was supposed to start and said, 'I'd love for you to there the first day.' 'Absolutely.' Came and had coffee with the girls, worked out with them. Bayley is such a special person. What she's doing with that group of girls and giving them the platform, the opportunity to learn, the effort she put in getting main roster talent all the way up to John Cena at the camp is incredible. I was so honored that she invited me to be part of the magic she was creating. I know it's going to continue and it's really cool. A testament to Bayley, all the people she invited wanted to show up just as much for the girls, but for what Bayley was doing because they believe in her and her passion and everything she brings to the table."
Bayley and Charlotte Flair head into WrestleMania 42 with extra context
Bayley's Lodestone project adds another layer to her WrestleMania 42 weekend, because she and Lyra Valkyria are also heading into their WWE Women's Tag Team Title match against reigning champions Lash Legend and Nia Jax, plus the teams of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss and The Bella Twins.
Flair's comments also underline Bayley's standing in the locker room. When a camp built around younger talent can attract names from across WWE, plus John Cena, it says a lot about how seriously Bayley's peers take what she is trying to build outside the usual TV setting.
