Summary
Cody Rhodes is part of a new Drumstick campaign timed to WrestleMania 42, with the brand unveiling a national commercial, social content featuring Rhodes, the return of the Summer Snackdown Sweepstakes and a new touring sampling vehicle called the DrumTruck.
The partnership also includes a limited-edition Red, White & Blueberry cone, which Drumstick said will be sold in four-count boxes at Walmart beginning this week for a limited time. WrestleMania 42 is set for April 18 and April 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
What the WrestleMania 42 campaign includes
Along with the new creative platform, Drumstick said the campaign will extend beyond WrestleMania weekend. The company plans to hand out Red, White & Blueberry samples to fans leaving the stadium before sending the DrumTruck on a nationwide run through the summer.
The promotion also brings back the Summer Snackdown Sweepstakes from April 18 through August 31. Fans who buy Drumstick products and upload a receipt will be entered for prizes including $10,000, a SummerSlam weekend experience, WWE merchandise and monthly giveaways.

What Cody Rhodes and WrestleMania 42 gain from the tie-in
Rhodes stays front and center in WWE's WrestleMania 42 rollout here, and the campaign gives the event one more mainstream brand activation built around one of its biggest stars. It also keeps WrestleMania 42 in front of fans after the show through the DrumTruck and Summer Snackdown promotion, which fits with WWE's broader push around the Las Vegas weekend, including other event-related plans ahead of WrestleMania 42.
