Summary

Quote from Cody Rhodes

Asked about balancing wrestling with film opportunities, Rhodes said:

"Yeah, it’s been really fun. We talked about it as a juggling act the other day in the sense of, what’s the next big get and a good story to tell that’s not in the ring. It’s got to be a story that’s worth stepping away from the ring to tell. There’s definitely something on the docket, I’d wait until we get a little bit closer to WrestleMania and then hopefully that’ll be something that is news for everybody."

What Cody Rhodes' Hollywood Plans Mean for WWE

If Cody Rhodes announces another project around WrestleMania 42 season, WWE will likely keep managing his schedule as a top star who is active in both wrestling and outside media. With Street Fighter already locked for October 2026, any added film commitment would put extra focus on how WWE times Rhodes' major appearances on the road to and after WrestleMania.

Rhodes also addressed Roman Reigns' recent comment about him on the Street Fighter set during the same interview.
