Summary

Kevin Nash said the WWE Hall of Fame rehearsal was a long day with very little food made available to the talent.

Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Nash said he arrived at 3 p.m. and did not leave until midnight, then described the food situation as almost nonexistent. Nash was part of this year's Hall of Fame ceremony as one of the presenters for Dennis Rodman's celebrity induction, appearing alongside Sean Waltman.

Hall of Fame weekend also gave Nash another notable moment when he and CM Punk were seen embracing after the ceremony, a scene that was covered in their backstage handshake at the Hall of Fame.

Quote from Kevin Nash

"I have to put over this, which is another thing. Be there at three o’clock, leave at midnight, absolutely not a stitch of fucking food for the talent available. No protein. Some bags of chips, a couple of fucking bananas and a tangerine. I fucking asked the head of talent relations, I won’t say his name, I asked him, ‘Is there food?’ He didn’t come in and say hi to me until Stephanie was done. In other words, ‘We probably will never have to use him again because he will never do anything again.'"

What Nash's Hall Of Fame note says about the event

Nash's comments put the focus on the logistics behind one of WWE's biggest WrestleMania weekend events, not the ceremony itself. When a Hall of Fame presenter is publicly saying the talent was there for roughly nine hours without a proper meal setup, that becomes part of the story around the weekend.

It also stands out because Nash was not just attending as a guest. He was involved in Rodman's induction, which gave him a direct view of how the rehearsal day was handled for people taking part in the show.
