Summary
ROH added two more matches to Supercard of Honor on May 15, including Bandido's next world title defense and Nigel McGuinness' latest return to the ring.
Bandido is now set to defend the ROH World Championship against Blake Christian after months of attacks from Christian. The challenger had not previously received a one-on-one shot at the title during Bandido's reign, which has lasted more than a year.
McGuinness will also wrestle at the event, facing Josh Woods under Pure Rules. Woods put out an open challenge for Supercard of Honor, and McGuinness answered it.

- ROH Women's Pure Championship: Deonna Purrazzo (c) vs. Diamante

Nigel McGuinness and the ROH title picture
McGuinness' match gives Supercard of Honor another bout with direct ROH history attached to it. He is a former ROH Pure Champion, and this will be his first match since facing Wheeler Yuta at ROH Global Wars in December 2025.
Woods brings strong recent form into that contest as well, having won three straight Pure Rules matches since his unsuccessful title challenge against Lee Moriarty in January. Bandido's defense against Christian also gives the card a clear top-end title match built from an issue that has been developing for months.
