Summary

Paige says she has already filmed material for season three of WWE Unreal.

The former multi-time WWE Women's Champion made the comment while appearing on *What's Your Story? with Steph McMahon*, where she spoke about the reaction to her return and how social media can affect her. Netflix previously confirmed in January that a third season of the series is on the way, with John Cena's retirement run among the featured points for the new season.

Paige returned to WWE at WrestleMania 42, stepping in for the injured Nikki Bella and teaming with Brie Bella to win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.

Quote from Paige

While discussing fan reactions and her own concerns about online negativity, Paige said:

"Again, people could be so negative... and mean... I was shooting for Unreal. I was shooting for Unreal and I said, 'The one thing that I'm most stressed about is how mean fans can be on social media,' and I was like, 'I don't want them to deter me in any way because they do.' They can attack you but, right now, everything's been really, really positive and I have been kind of doomscrolling a little bit just to see... I can't help it because everyone and their reactions and stuff is great."

What Paige's return could add to WWE Unreal

Paige's inclusion gives WWE Unreal another major comeback story to follow in a season that already has John Cena's retirement as a central hook. Because her WrestleMania 42 return ended with a title win alongside Brie Bella, the series now has a clear chance to show both the pressure leading into that comeback and the reaction that followed it.

It also gives the show another current WWE story to weave into the season instead of relying only on legacy material. If Netflix includes her footage in a meaningful way, Paige's return could become one of the more personal threads in the new batch of episodes.
