Summary
WWE has announced that new WWE ID prospects will debut on the April 1 episode of WWE EVOLVE. The show airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Tubi.
The update follows recent WWE ID contract signings for Fallyn Grey, Airica Demia, and Notorious Mimi. Starboy Charlie also secured a WWE ID deal after winning the WWE ID Championship.
WWE ID names already tied to EVOLVE
WWE EVOLVE has regularly featured WWE ID talent, including Jack Cartwheel, Cappuccino Jones, and current EVOLVE Champion Aaron Rourke. The brand's first EVOLVE Champion, Jackson Drake, also began as an ID prospect before moving into NXT.
What the April 1 WWE EVOLVE debut means for WWE ID
WWE EVOLVE getting another wave of WWE ID debuts on April 1 gives the program a clearer role as the first TV stop for developing prospects, and it could quickly reshape the weekly mix around champion Aaron Rourke.
With several newer signees now entering the same pipeline, WWE can continue using EVOLVE to test which ID talents are ready for bigger stages, much like Jackson Drake's path to NXT.
