Summary
A newly updated running list of confirmed wrestling contract expirations lays out which names across WWE, AEW, TNA, NJPW and other promotions are currently known to be approaching the end of their deals.
On the WWE side, the nearest dates listed include Bayley in late 2026 and Rey Mysterio in late 2026, followed by Corey Graves in early 2027, Rusev in April 2027, Chad Gable in June 2027 and Angel Garza on August 1, 2027. The list also notes several longer-term agreements, including Seth Rollins around fall 2028, Finn Balor in April 2029, Randy Orton in late 2029 and The Undertaker in 2034.
AEW has several names clustered much earlier on the calendar. Anna Jay is listed for spring 2026, while Alex Reynolds, Evil Uno, John Silver and Kip Sabian are each noted as being under contract until at least mid-2026. Jim Ross is listed for August 2026, Ortiz for fall 2026, Scorpio Sky for October 2026 and Dr. Britt Baker DMD for fall 2026.
Notable Dates Across The Promotions
TNA's section includes Rich Swann and Eric Young as working without contracts, while Daria Rae is listed through June 2026, Leon Slater through fall 2026, and Xia Brookside, Elayna Black and AJ Francis through 2026.
NJPW's shortest dates on the list are Clark Connors, David Finlay and Drilla Moloney in January 2026, with Callum Newman listed as signed through at least 2027. That timing stands out even more with tournament season on the horizon after NJPW set dates and venues for G1 Climax 36.
Outside those groups, the list also includes Rich Swann and Sam Adonis as working without contracts, Soberano Jr. signed through 2026 in CMLL, and Eddie Kingston under AEW deal through at least December 2031.
What Bayley, Anna Jay And David Finlay Put On The 2026 Radar
Bayley, Anna Jay and David Finlay being among the more immediate names on this list gives 2026 some real importance for roster watching across multiple promotions. WWE appears to have many of its biggest names locked in beyond that point, but AEW, TNA and NJPW all have stretches where several known talents are grouped much closer together.
That does not confirm any departures, and the list specifically notes that injury time is not accounted for. What it does show is where the next wave of contract status questions is most likely to surface first, especially in AEW and NJPW, where several names are already tied to 2026 dates.
