Summary
Lil Yachty says the money he has been throwing around at WWE shows is not a prop.
Speaking on the WWE Backlash post-show, Yachty said he tosses $1,000 each time he appears. The rapper has become a regular presence on WWE television since WrestleMania 42, where he aligned with United States Champion Trick Williams after answering Trick Williams' call before WrestleMania 42.
Quote from Lil Yachty
"Every time, I throw $1000. It's all real, baby."
What happened at WWE Backlash
Yachty was again in Trick's corner at Backlash when Trick defended the United States Title against Sami Zayn. He got physically involved during the match, using a candy cane kendo stick against Zayn.
Sami fired back with a Helluva Kick on Yachty, but Trick still closed the night with the win. That keeps Yachty tied closely to one of WWE's featured title acts, and it gives Trick's presentation an extra bit of spectacle whenever the rapper is part of the segment.
