What Rey Fenix and Laredo Kid bring to AAA On Fox
Rey Fenix facing Laredo Kid gives AAA on Fox a featured lucha showcase without forcing an immediate AAA Cruiserweight Championship change into the equation. Keeping the match non-title lets AAA spotlight both names while still preserving Laredo Kid's title status heading into the road to Noche de los Grandes.
For Fenix, the match also gives him a high-profile spot on a card that already includes El Hijo del Vikingo. Even without the title on the line, a strong showing against the reigning cruiserweight champion would immediately add momentum to Fenix's place on AAA programming.
