Summary
WWE NXT has made the Women’s North American Championship official for Stand & Deliver on April 4 in St. Louis, with Tatum Paxley defending against Blake Monroe.
The match was set after Paxley retained the title against Izzi Dame in a steel cage match. Monroe then pulled Paxley under the stage and took the championship belt, and the two later agreed in the ring to make it a title bout at Stand & Deliver before another scuffle broke out.
NXT also added a 10-person tag team match to the Countdown to Stand & Deliver pre-show: Birthright (Uriah Connors, Charlie Dempsey, Arianna Grace, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo and Lexis King) vs. Shiloh Hill, Hank Walker, Tank Ledger, Wren Sinclair and Eli Knight.

Tatum Paxley and Blake Monroe raise the stakes in St. Louis
Paxley entering Stand & Deliver with a fresh challenger gives the Women’s North American title a featured rivalry on the weekend card, while Monroe now has a direct path to capitalize on the momentum she built from her post-match ambushes.
It also keeps Paxley’s title story connected to her Vengeance Day win, turning that championship breakthrough into her first major PLE defense cycle.
