Summary
The Street Profits returned to WWE television on the April 20 episode of Raw, ending a long stretch away from the main roster. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins hit the ring to go after reigning WWE World Champions The Vision, the team of Logan Paul and Austin Theory.
It was the duo's first main roster appearance since October 2025, which immediately made the comeback stand out as one of the bigger developments on the show.
Where Ford and Dawkins had been
Ford and Dawkins had not been featured on WWE television since losing to The Wyatt Sicks on the October 10 episode of SmackDown, when The Wyatt Sicks were still the WWE Tag Team Champions.
They were not completely absent from competition during that time. The two later worked a Main Event match in late October, and they also appeared in three NXT house show matches in late January. Wrestling Remembers also recently covered how Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins joked about The Street Profits being retired while they were off television.
The time away was reportedly tied to a creative reset.
What The Vision attack could mean
Going straight after Logan Paul and Austin Theory gives Ford and Dawkins an immediate place back in the WWE tag team picture. Rather than easing The Street Profits back onto television, WWE positioned them opposite reigning champions on night one of their return.
That also gives Raw a ready-made direction for the division. If WWE follows through on the angle, The Street Profits are now back in the mix around one of the brand's top tag acts instead of returning without a clear feud.
