Summary

WWE added more to the lineup for the April 27 episode of Raw, with Seth Rollins now scheduled to open the show and Penta set to face Rusev in singles action.

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce also announced a tag match pairing Bayley and Lyra Valkyria against Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez. Those additions join an already promoted lineup that includes Becky Lynch appearing to celebrate her Women's Intercontinental Championship win at WrestleMania, Joe Hendry holding his first concert on WWE's main roster, and another face-to-face segment involving Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu.

Rollins has stayed near the center of WWE conversation lately, including after his recent Good Morning Football appearance, and Raw now has him opening the night in Laredo.

What Seth Rollins and Penta vs. Rusev add to Raw

Seth Rollins opening Raw puts one of WWE's biggest names at the front of the broadcast, which usually signals that his segment will help shape the rest of the episode.

Penta vs. Rusev also gives the show another featured match beyond the advertised appearances, while Bayley, Lyra Valkyria, Raquel Rodriguez, and Roxanne Perez add more movement to the women's side of the card heading into the week after WrestleMania.
