Summary
The IInspiration are headed back to Japan for another Princess Tag Team Championship defense.
Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling announced that Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee will put the titles on the line at the promotion's May 4 event at Korakuen Hall. Their challengers will be the team of Rika Tatsumi and Miu Watanabe.
The title match is one of two championship bouts confirmed for the show. Yuki Arai is also scheduled to defend the Princess of Princess Championship against Arisu Endo.
The IInspiration's latest run in TJPW
McKay and Lee won the Princess Tag Team Titles at Grand Princess '26 in March, giving the team a notable championship run outside AEW. They also retained the belts on April 16 at TJPW LIVE in Las Vegas and worked additional matches during the Texas Stampede tour.
That makes the May 4 defense more than a one-off return. TJPW is continuing to feature The IInspiration as active champions, and a Korakuen Hall title match against Tatsumi and Watanabe gives the division another high-profile defense with established names in the mix.
What the May 4 title match could mean for TJPW
A successful defense by The IInspiration would keep TJPW's tag title scene centered around an internationally known team with momentum from multiple recent appearances. If Tatsumi and Watanabe win, TJPW would have an immediate title change in one of its biggest venues, which would quickly reshape the division heading into the next stretch of shows.
